SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship my order?
Order's can take up to 1 business week to ship out. Made to order items take even longer to ship out as stated on their product pages. Some items in your order may ship separately.

My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, I work with my manufacturers to ship worldwide! Please let me know if you don't see your country listed in the shipping options, I would be happy to look into it!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Can I cancel/return/exchange my order?

If the item does not fit and you would like to exchange/return, please reach out to contactsoftcore@gmail.com with your order # and what you would like to exchange or return.
Return shipping cost and the cost to re-ship a new size is the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items with no exchange will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Please be sure to read the product descriptions and FAQ thoroughly before ordering. This is a small business run by 1 person that takes care to provide accurate listing information. Return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days after receiving your package. Items that have been worn (not just tried on) and/or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

I cannot offer buyers remorse refunds due to each item being made for the customer. Items go into production very quickly after an order is placed and are made for each customer. You have a very short window to cancel an order after placing it. If the order is already in production it cannot be canceled and will instead have to be processed as a return once it arrives to you.

Any items that are on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund (unless damaged).

My item is defective or damaged, what can be done?
All Softcore products undergo numerous quality checks during the production process.
On the rare occasion, a package may become damaged in shipment. If this does occur, please send me photos of the damage as soon as possible to contactsoftcore@gmail.com
All requests for damaged or defective goods must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Can I shop here if I'm not plus sized?
Yes, but I will only ever feature and cater to plus sized people. See my "Why smaller sizes cost more" page for more info!
